Wyoming Premier Hoops is a Riverton-based travel basketball program created to give athletes from communities across Wyoming opportunities to develop, compete and represent their state with pride.
Our purpose goes beyond assembling teams for tournaments. We are building disciplined athletes, confident leaders, dependable teammates and a stronger platform for Wyoming basketball players.

Creating Opportunities For Wyoming Athletes
Wyoming Premier Hoops was created with a straightforward mission: give Wyoming basketball players more opportunities to improve, compete against strong opponents and experience basketball beyond their normal school schedules.
Why The Program Was Built
Talented athletes from smaller communities are often overlooked because they do not have access to the same tournaments, exposure or development opportunities found in larger basketball markets.
Wyoming Premier Hoops works to help close that gap by bringing athletes together, preparing them through organized practices and placing them in competitive basketball environments.
Every athlete wearing a Wyoming Premier Hoops jersey represents more than one school or hometown. They represent the toughness, character and pride of Wyoming basketball.

Co-Founder • Head Coach, 18U / 19U SelectCoach Smith leads the older program with an emphasis on discipline, accountability, competitive preparation and helping Wyoming athletes pursue meaningful basketball opportunities.
Judith “Juju” Smith
Co-Founder • Head Coach, 16U GoldCoach Juju leads the younger program with structure, communication and a strong commitment to helping players build confidence, fundamentals and responsibility.
GTE Summer Slam Mountain West Champions
Wyoming Premier Hoops finished 4–0 and captured the 2024 GTE Summer Slam Mountain West Championship. The title helped establish the competitive standard the program continues to build on.
