Return & Replacement Policy
Every Wyoming Premier Hoops item is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Please review this policy before placing your order.
Because each product is created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selections, buyer’s remorse, color preference, or accidental purchases.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept general returns or size exchanges. Please review the product description and sizing chart carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Approved claims may qualify for a free replacement or another appropriate resolution.
What We Need From You
- Your full name and order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos showing the full item and the defect
- A photo of the shipping label when requested
Incorrect Size or Wrong Item Ordered
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, color, and size. We cannot replace an item because the wrong size or product was selected at checkout.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows that your package may be lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can review the shipment with our fulfillment partner.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because the original address was incomplete or incorrect.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted. Contact us immediately if you notice a mistake.
Unauthorized Returns
Do not mail an item back without contacting Wyoming Premier Hoops first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, refunded, or reshipped.
