Wyoming Premier Hoops Adds 16U Gold Team for Summer Competition

Wyoming Premier Hoops is continuing to build momentum this summer with the addition of its 16U Gold team, which will compete June 27–28 in Casper, Wyoming.

The new team gives more athletes an opportunity to represent the program, face strong competition, and show what the next wave of Wyoming Premier Hoops talent can accomplish on the court. With a talented young group coming together, the 16U Gold team is shaping up to be one of the program’s most exciting additions.

Players committed to the team include RJ Brauburger, Carmelo Smith, Asher Kintzler, Andre Friday, and David Mena.

Each player brings something different to the roster, giving the team a strong combination of energy, athleticism, skill, toughness, and competitive drive.

For Wyoming Premier Hoops, the 16U Gold team is more than another roster. It is an opportunity to develop young players, build chemistry, and continue strengthening the program’s culture of hard work, accountability, teamwork, and pride in representing Wyoming basketball.

Head Coach Eric Smith said he is excited about what the group can become.

“This team is going to be an exciting group of players to coach and watch,” Coach Smith said. “They are hungry, they compete, and they are ready for the opportunity. We are looking forward to seeing them come together and represent Wyoming Premier Hoops the right way.”

The upcoming tournament will give the 16U Gold team an opportunity to test itself against strong competition while gaining valuable experience in a tournament environment.

For the players, it will be a chance to prove themselves, develop their games, and help establish the future of Wyoming Premier Hoops.

With talented players already committed and excitement continuing to grow around the program, Wyoming Premier Hoops is ready to bring energy, intensity, and team-first basketball to Casper.
